Why do this course?
Risk management is one of those areas that looks straightforward on paper and falls apart in practice. I saw it constantly as an inspector: pharmacies with a risk assessment that existed (if it existed at all), but hadn't been looked at since it was created, or that covered obvious risks while missing the ones specific to that pharmacy's actual services.
This course gives you a proper framework for identifying risk, assessing it honestly, and doing something about it, rather than just documenting that a risk exists and moving on. Whether you're setting up a new service, taking on an existing one, or just want your current approach to hold up to scrutiny, the same discipline applies.
